Rewards, points, and sponsor offers are subject to additional rules that we will make available at the time of the activation. Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers and are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeMo Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
